Step 1

  • Contact a Wexzilla Real Estate Agent
  • Meet with a Wexzilla agent
  • Initiate a Buyer Broker agreement

Step 2

  • Must obtain pre-approval from preferred lender
  • Find your home
  • Rebate will appear on HUD-1 settlement statement
  • Rebate will be paid upon successful close of escrow

Step 3

  • Rebate may appear as a reduction in purchase price, a credit towards closing costs, or a “cash” check paid at closing or towards first mortgage payment
  • Rebate will be at the choice of Buyer per lender guidelines and RESPA legal requirements
  • Rebate amount:
    • 1% Cash Back Rebate to New Home Buyers
    • ½ % Cash Back Rebate to Re-Sale Home Buyers
  • Buyer Rebate is based upon home’s base selling price
    • excluding options in New Homes
    • excluding seller contributions in Re-sale homes
